Orders will be delivered within 3- 7 working days from date when order is placed. There is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours upon ordering. If your parcel has not been processed or dispatched, we are more than glad to edit the delivery address for you.

However, we are unable to make any changes to your confirmed order if it is more than 24 hours upon ordering. All changes are not guaranteed and depend on the availability of the services. We will confirm your changes via email.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will only accept exchanges on faulty or incorrect items. All exchange requests have to go through our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Sunflower, subjected to approval.

We do make an effort to check all items to make sure they are in good condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during delivery. Kindly clearly state your order number, name and contact number, image of the item (the part that is faulty) and a short description. We will exchange your item for a new one, subject to availability.
