- In consideration of your use of the service, you agree to:

- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are fully responsible for all activities made by you or anyone that uses your account. We are not responsible for any misuse of your account by someone else.
- We only accept online PayPal payment and PayNow.
- All product prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
6. ONLINE ORDER
- The User shall make an offer to purchase Products by submitting an Order on the Website, in such form or manner as may be specified on the Website.
- We will send by email to the User within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that the Order remains an offer to purchase and SUNFLOWER shall not be obliged to supply the Products to the User until SUNFLOWER has accepted the Order by issuing a Confirmation of Order.
- Prior to the issuance of the Confirmation of Order by SUNFLOWER, we reserve the right not to process the User’s Order. For the avoidance of doubt, on issuance of the Confirmation of Order by SUNFLOWER, the User shall not be entitled to cancel or make amendments to the Order for which the Confirmation of Order has been issued.
- Subsequent to the Confirmation of Order, SUNFLOWER shall endeavour to deliver the purchased Products to the User at the place of delivery requested by the User in the Order. Delivery of the purchased Products will be effected in the manner described on the Website.
- We provide delivery to all locations in Singapore except the following: Jurong Island, Airport Cargo, Alps Ave, PSA Terminals, SAF Camps, Jurong Port, Sentosa Island, Prisons, Singapore Technologies Buildings, Shipyards.
Free delivery for purchases $120 and above. Orders under $120 will be charged a flat rate of S$10 per address. Your order will be delivered within 7 business days. There is no delivery service on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Delivery may take longer than 7 business days for items which are out of stock
- Deliveries not received, abandoned or returned will be forfeited. Customer assumes all losses. No refunds will be made. Please ensure that each recipient's address and contact details are correct and accurate before proceeding. The courier company will only make limited attempt(s) to deliver your package to the recipient according to the delivery details provided.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that SUNFLOWER shall not be liable to the User for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of or in connection with any late delivery by SUNFLOWER.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that risk of loss or damage to the purchased Products passes to the User upon dispatch. The User acknowledges and agrees that title to the purchased Products passes to the User upon delivery.
- If delivery is delayed through the User’s unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, SUNFLOWER may (without prejudice to another other right or remedy under this Terms & Conditions of Users) do either or both of the following:
- charge the User for SUNFLOWER reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by SUNFLOWER arising out of or in connection with the User’s unreasonable refusal to accept delivery; and/or
- no longer make the purchased Product available for delivery and notify the User that the applicable contract is cancelled, in which case SUNFLOWER will refund to the User the applicable Charges (less any reason able administrative fees or other costs as provided in Clause 7(e)I.
8. RETURN & EXCHANGE
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. Please review your cart before completing the order.
- All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will only accept exchanges on faulty or incorrect items. If you received any of the faulty or wrong items, please contact our customer service (+65 6468 6069) within 7 days upon receiving your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Item that is unconsumed, unused;
- Item must be in their original purchase condition;
- All packaging of each item must remain unopened and unmarked; and returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
- All exchange requests have to go through our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by SUNFLOWER, subjected to approval. Do note that if you are entitled to an exchange, you may bring the product person ally with the original receipt to the assigned SUNFLOWER store. An email notification will be sent to you regarding your exchange.
